Includes comprehensive exam, diagnosis, treatment plan, and specimen collection, lab orders, or rapid testing as needed. New Febridx fingerstick test additional.

In-Network Insurance - $5 due at time of service. Visit billed to insurance. One preventive visit per year is covered by most insurance plans with no deductible or cost-sharing requirement

Self-Pay / No Insurance - $125
In-office visits are available for well-child visits, school physicals, sports physicals, vaccine visits, and other select appointments. To help reduce the spread of illness, children with fever, cough, or other contagious symptoms are advised to schedule an in-home visit instead.

In-home visits to addresses within 15 minutes of our office (1312 Apollo Beach Blvd Unit N, Apollo Beach) have no travel fee.

In-home visits to addresses more than 15 minutes from our office will incur a $25 travel fee for each additional 10 minutes of drive time.

Any applicable travel fee will be confirmed prior to scheduling.
